Preparation: Pre-fermentation and cold maceration for 2 to 3 days at 8ºC, starting the alcoholic fermentation which takes place in French oak tanks. This process is carried out at a controlled temperature of 27 to 29 ºC for 15 to 20 days. After the devatting, malolactic fermentation takes place before ageing in barrels.
Barrel aging time: 24 months in new French oak barrels. 100%
Ageing time in bottle: The wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months before being sold. They are kept “sleeping” in metal cages in climate-controlled facilities.

Colour: Cardinal mahogany colour with reddish-brown hues.
Aroma: Notes of fruit in liqueur, oriental spices and a floral background stand out.
