This wine was inspired by the idea of recovering and maintaining

ancient traditional wine-making methods employed by the first inhabi-

tants of our estate surrounding the town of Flix. Our ancestors fermen-

ted wine in stone vats spread around the homes and vineyards of the

estate. Employing this century-old technique they avoided the concen-

tration of carbon dioxide and thermo-regulation of the wine-making
