The third edition of the Food&Drinks Mission2Sicily is organised by Sicindustria, coorganised by partners of Enterprise Europe Network (the Business Network of the European Commission), Agrifood Sector Group, and sponsored by Unioncamere Sicilia (Union of the Chambers of Sicily).

During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet various producers, not only of wines but also of food and beverages. For instance, the pasta producer we encountered showcased an impressive variety, using only the finest ingredients. Their Busiata pasta, which is among the oldest types of pasta from Sicily, truly stood out. Other notable producers, like Doria and Dona Itriya, also offer exceptional quality products.

The Marsala wine from Sicily

We had a fantastic experience tasting Mardala wine during our visit, sampling several exceptional Marsala wines. This unique wine is exclusively produced in the Sicily region.
