DAMSO GREEN GRAPE SOJU
Soju is a clear, neutral spirit usually distilled from grains. Although it can be made from rice, soju is not a “rice wine” and it’s very different from sake, which hails from Japan. Soju is distilled, like vodka, but has about half of the alcohol by volume (ABV)
The sweet spot for Korea Soju’s ABV (alcohol by volume) is 20 to 25% — about half of vodka’s — but you can find excellent ones as low as 17% and as high as 45%.

Tasting notes
There are the tastes of green apple, zest of lime, fragrant yellow grapefruit and hints of freshly cut grass. In time honey and toast will develop.
The delicate palate is defined by the bright acidity and mouth-watering citrus pith. After careful cellaring this will lead towards rich lemon marmalade. Delicate, pure with salivating citrus pith on the finish
