PRODUCT INFORMATION

La Molazza extra virgin organic olive oils from Southern Italy. Exceptionally mild and pleasant true taste. Grown and pressed in the Calabria region, near the towns of Corigliano Calabro and Sibari, in a privately-owned family olive grove. The name of the area translates to “land of olive trees”.

Pressed no later than 12 hours after the olives are harvested. The farm maintains controlled organic farming and origin (as Italian oils are often counterfeited). During the production of extra virgin olive oil, the pressing temperature is controlled and does not rise above 27ºC, making the oil suitable for raw foodists (raw).

Organic white truffle flavored olive oil La Molazza. Delicate and intense aroma. The cold-pressed olive oil is obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means. Suitable for seasoning dishes whose aroma is not as intense as the oil, such as polenta, soups, omelets, pizza, or pasta.
